Two Hands ‘The Wolf’ Riesling 2014 Size::1 Bottle rosemary and sage as well
Description
rosemary and sage as well as with spices such as soft cinnamon and botanicals such as orange peel
It has an amazing lifted bouquet of blackberries with a touch of mocha
The blend of 50% sauvignon and 50% semillon makes it a remarkable wine whose potential will challenge the palate of wine-lovers and confirmed wine-tasters alike
This adds depth which is very typical of most Priorat wines
dried wild herb and red berry nose on this Rhône
Two Hands ‘The Wolf’ Riesling 2014 Size::1 Bottle rosemary and sage as wellBrilliant very pale straw almost water like colour. The nose is reminiscent of freshly squeezed lime juice mixed in with lemon, green apple, wet steel and flinty mineral. The palate is quite austere and dry with freshly squeezed lime and lemon infused with wet steel and flinty mineral. Crisp crunchy acidity with an aftertaste of lemon, lime, wet steel and flinty mineral. One to put away. Cellar 6 8 years.
