When placed next to a bowed board, the BowJak is tapped into place on the adjacent joist, then the handle is pulled to force the board straight for final hammering. The operation takes only a few seconds and can close gaps between boards up to 2 1 4". The lightweight, 26 oz. BowJak, at 12", easily fits most tool pouches and is handily by its tail hook.
