this Command Flag of the Chief of the High Command of the Armed Forces 1938-1941 is that of Generaloberst Wilhelm Keitel
he was transferred to the 5th Battalion for service in the French theatre on July 18
He was employed as Fees Collector on a Ferry Boat during the summer months and as a Lumberjack during the winter months from 1936 to 1938
especially with only a Grade Eight education
