Polished Magnesite specimen. MAP168 #gemstone Approximate dimensions at widest pointsMAP168. Magnesite (Lemon chrysoprase) rough rock, cut and polished on one side with a natural back. Dimensions at widest points approximately 100 mm x 60 mm x 35 mm thick. Weighs 366 grams. The subtle lime green colouration is caused by the presence of nickel mineralisation.
