Hungary, Regency. An Order of the Holy Crown, Bronze Cross consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac 73 mm (w) x 52(Magyar Szent Korona Rend). Instituted on 17 March 1943. In bronze, a cross with crossed swords and wreath segments in each quadrant, the obverse medallion features a Hungarian crown, the reverse plain with rivets connecting the sword to the wreath, the center dome has been replaced, measures 43. 25 mm (w) x 47. 62 mm (h), worn on a replacement red ribbon, remains in near very fine condition.
