Alvary, Max - Signature, Vintage Print as Siegfried + Program Clip Maria Callas Autographs famous in the 1930sFamous German Wagnerian tenor (1856 1898), very admired in his time who had a short but very successful career in both Europe and America. Alvary retired in 1897, at the peak of his career, due to a serious accident during a rehearsal of Siegfried in Germany. Alvary died the next year at age 42.
