Kreistag NSDAP Grafschaft Hoya, constructed of a metal oval badge with an eagle at the top, standing on wreathed swastika, with three soldiers in profile in the centre obscuring the swastika, the reverse shows maker mark PAULMANN & CRONE LDENSCHEID, and RZM code M 9 60, on a horizontal retaining pin, measures 35 mm (w) x 47 mm (h), and in near extremely
