The first single was "The Best," a cover of a song Bonnie Tyler did just the year before. But as only Turner could do, she took the song and elevated it to a new level. And, of course, it was a hit. It topped the charts across the globe. And so when she toured again in 1993, on the What's Love? Tour, "The Best" was a fan favorite that
