Juniper Cornerstone Karridale Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 echezeaux with an acidity and salineA single vineyard wine sourced from their Karridale property in the southern part of Margaret River which is sustainably farmed following organic practices. A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon (for structure and flavour), and 5% Malbec (providing colour and richness), whichwas selectively picked, then sorted for optimum quality. The fruit spent 17 days on skins to extract colour, tannin and flavour, with fermentation taking place in one tonne hand
