Nectarine and grapefruit aromas mingled with subtle toasty oak

Aroma: Attractive aromas of ripe black cherries and strawberry compote backed up by classy French oak and some foresty elements

There’s only one thing missing at this point—charcuterie

All the grapes were destemmed and there was no pigeage (Goisot prefers to extract tannins gently and only from the grape’s skins rather than the pips)
