Constructed of brass, consisting of a mobile swastika situated within a circular frame, emanating from a cascading stem with a hollow base, the latter perforated with an eyelet for the insertion of a screw to firmly affix the finial to a pole, unmarked, measuring 11. 5 cm (w) x 21. 5 cm (h), a period soldered repair is visible where the ring meets the stem, while an additional crack is visible to the base adjacent to the eyelet,
