Constructed of dark blue wool with buckram core, trimmed by twisted and rolled silver aluminum bullion wire, bearing three machine embroidered silver aluminum bullion wire birds with stylized oak leaves, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 55 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
