In silver, engraver marked "BARRE" on the obverse, hallmarked on the reverse of the integral suspension, initials "V H" hand engraved on the edge, measuring 30. 5 mm in diameter, very light contact, original ribbon, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Commemorative Medal of the Italian Campaign 1859 was established by Napoleon III, following the 1859 French campaign in Italy
