Anhalt, Duchy. A Friedrich Cross for Non-Combatants Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic The Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest(Friedrich Kreuz fr Nichtkmpfer). Instituted 12 December 1914 by Duke Friedrich II. (1914 1918 issue). Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse the obverse with a circular oak leaf wreath joining the inner quadrants, bearing a central raised monogram of Duke Friedrich II, the six oclock arm bearing an institution date of 1914, the twelve oclock arm bearing a royal crown,
