A 1920 Polish Soldiers Cross Of American Volunteers Auction Archive 1915 and was taken onA 1920 Polish Soldiers Cross of American Volunteers Bronze gilt, 54. 5 mm x 54. 8 mm, original ribbon, gilt wear and green oxidation spot evident on the obverse, light contact, very fine. Footnote: The cross was established in 1920 by order of Jozef Pilsudski, First Marshal of Poland, to honour volunteers from Canada and the United States, who came to Poland, to defend the country's newly regained independence.
