A Heer EM NCOs belt buckle, constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a central raised Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, set within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of GOTT MIT UNS (GOD WITH US) with oak leaf branches, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment prongs, the latter retaining an original brown leather strap
