Fermented in temperature controlled vessels and enriched by reserve wines matured in foudres since 2007, it offers remarkable depth, complexity, and balance. Biodynamic practices and 3 5 years of lees aging enhance its finesse, while a low dosage of 3. 2g L highlights its purity. Bottled in June 2020
