Balgownie Estate Shiraz 2020 fronsac The Domaine has owned halfColour is brick red and some browning at the rim to be expected due to age. The bouquet shows lifted , spicy red and black fruits with cedar oak in accompaniment. Bright raspberry and plum fruits show on the concentrated pallet guided by fine tannins to a persistent finish. Lovely now but will hold for another 5 years. Serve with medium rare porterhouse with a red wine jus.
