Constructed of gilded tombak with multi coloured enamels, the obverse bearing an enameled HJ insignia situated within a gilded border, the reverse with a clip hinge and vertical pinback meeting a locking catch, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code M1 120 for Wilhelm Deumer, Ldenscheid, with an additional mark of B indicating a replacement piece, measuring 17. 02 mm (w) x 28. 49 mm (h), weighing 3. 6
