The bouquet is intense and persistent, revealing dried flowers, spice, licorice, and marasca cherry notes. Full bodied and rich on the palate, it mirrors the nose with velvety texture and depth. Fermented in small wooden vats and aged for six months in American oak, it benefits from decanting and pairs
