MKII helmet, constructed of a non magnetic metal shell with a post manufacture dark grey paint scheme. The side bears an R. C. O. C. flash decal which remains mostly intact. The interior retains all leather and canvas elements composing a liner and chinstrap, and bears a number of partially legible makers marks with a manufacture date of 1914.
