Ethiopia, Empire. An Order of Solomon's Seal, IV Class Commander Newly Listed five unused(yeselemoni maitemi tiizazi ). Instituted in 1884. Two piece construction, in bronze gilt, insignia with ball finials at each of the star points, maker marked "MADE IN ETHIOPIA B. A. SEVADJIAN" on the reverse, measuring 51. 5 mm (w) x 79. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, contact marks, on a replacement full length neck ribbon, near very fine.
