Instituted 5 December 1841 by Prince Konstantin of Hohenzollern Hechingen and Prince Karl Anton of Hohenzollern Sigmaringen. (1861 1918 issue). Manufactured for a medalbar, likely between 1925 1940, in silver, consisting of a Ruppert Cross with pebbled and black enameled arms, the quadrants of the cross with a green enameled laurel and oak wreath, the obverse with a central white enameled medallion
