A set of Kaiser Wilhelm II cutlery, including a fork, constructed of silver, both the obverse and reverse bearing detailed floral designs, the obverse of the handle engraved with a monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the reverse engraved with a date of 1911, as well as a crown and crescent moon indicating German manufacture, a silver content number of 800, and a makers mark of H. J. WILM for the Berlin based silversmith,
