Constructed of silvered and patinated zink; the obverse with an oval oak leaf wreath with a ribbon on the bottom and a Luftwaffe eagle with outspread wings on the top, with a cloud towards the top and a lightning bolt striking the ground; the reverse plain; vertical needle style pinback, with a barrel hinge and a flat wire catch; marked G.
