reverse mounted with a horizontal pinback placed on the former obverse to be worn as a brooch and bearing a dark patina

while the interior is fully encompassed by a multi-piece grey herringbone twill (HBT) rayon liner

His health was generally good but there are mentions in his medical records of being examined for possible appendicitis
