Maressa Chardonnay 2022 boffalora Superb concentration and purity andBrilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach and dried honey aromas are trailed by some crme brulee, faint bacon fat and spicy nougat notes. Fleshy white peach fruits meld into a delicate back drop of dried honey, nectarine, citrusy nougat and subtle bacon fat characters. Faintly creamy feel finishing fresh with an elegant mid length conclusion. Drink over the next 3 4 years.
