Vigneti Le Monde Cabernet Franc DOC 2018 mondeuse A heady nose of blackberry100% Cabernet Franc from a 34 year old vineyard in DOC Friuli Grave where the soil is argillaceous, calcareous, rich in micro organisms and with zones of unique microclimates. Careful grape selection and thorough inspection during the pressing phase, followed by slow fermentation at a controlled temperature with daily plunging for 15 20 days. 15% is fermented in second use Taransaud French oak barriques of various toastings and 3000 litre Garbellotto
