The Winemaking process is very natural with minimal intervention with wine fermented in cement casks during 3 weeks. The nose displays aromas of blackberry, black cherry, pepper, and blackcurrant. Medium bodied, fresh and juicy, focused and smooth palate with generous fruit. A vibrant and tense wine with a great finish.. Have it with charcuterie, red meat, BBQ or a Gaspacho
