Instituted in 1942. 2 Clasps MARE NEGRU, CRIMEA. In bronze gilt, engraver marked "P. GRANT" on the obverse, measuring 32 mm (w) x 38. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, two clasps in bronze on its original ribbon with hook and eye, scattered gilt wear, spotting, very light contact, near extremely fine.
