Constructed of nickel silver, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, with a central swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, marked on the back OM for an unconfirmed maker, measuring 60. 64 mm (w) x 52. 64 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
