In silver, silver gilt and enamels, a ten point star with clusters of faceted rays, a white enamel star with gilt wreath segments in each arm, the obverse medallion in red enamels with an Arabic inscription which translates to El Hussein Bin Ali, suspended from a wheat wreath, measures 39. 4 mm (w) x 68. 6 mm (h), 21. 0 grams, marked on the reverse with Bichay maker mark in the center, hallmarks on the 6
