Three piece construction, the insignia consisting of a silver gilt Yugoslavia coat of arms on a centrepiece in silver with white enamels, mounted to a five pointed star base in silver gilt with red and white enamels, maker marked "IKOM" on the reverse, measuring 47. 3 mm (w) x 45. 3 mm (h), horizontal pinback, intact enamels, spotting evident on the white enamels, contact marks present on the reverse, near
