Constructed of olive drab painted magnetic metal (tropical version), the obverse bearing a central raised Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika over a pebbled background, set within an oval laurel leaf wreath, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment prongs retaining a period original brown leather strap, both the buckle and strap maker marked with the logo of Noelle & Hueck, Ldenscheid, with the latter also
