Hollick The Bard Cabernet Sauvignon cinnamon Drink over the next 5-6Impenetrable inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted ripe blackcurrant aromas infused with tobacco leaf and black olive notes are trailed by some vanillin cedar and spicy earth notes. Rich luscious blackcurrant fruits are backed by a firm muscular tannin structure. Vanillin cedar, tobacco leaf, black olive and spicy earth elements linger underneath. Dry and austere it has a slightly bitter, clipped finish.
