Well TakaraTomy thought you said so and reissued the wonderful Destron New Leader MP 11 in 2017. It's still the same great Starscream toy, only now box has that Long Life Design logo on the front so you KNOW it's modern. Decently easy to find, if you're looking to add this one to your collection and not one of the other versions though, you might be hard pressed! Comes mint in sealed box.
