Complex savoury aromas of blueberry and dusky brooding spices. The palate is a sensuous mix of savoury and spice, balanced with fine tannins. A juicy round mid palate and good length of flavour is a result of time honoured basket pressing. This supple style of wine can be enjoyed as a versatile food accompaniment. Short term cellaring of 5 7 years.
