Lifted aromas of sea spray, loquat and lemon sherbet with underlying notes of green peach, bath salts and oyster shell. The palate is crisp and fresh with generous flavours of melon and lemon pepper, leading to a savoury, creamy texture on the mid palate. Ready to drink on release and for up to two years.
