interlaced with black threading and giving definition to the crown and wings

Germany, Wehrmacht. An Afrika Cuff Title Hold France: Order of the Legion(rmelband Afrika). Constructed of light brown camel hair cloth, the exterior trimmed with silver grey piping at both the top and bottom edges, bearing a central inscription of AFRIKA flanked by palm tree, unmarked, measuring 32 mm (w) x 370 mm (l), with some material fatigue and soiling evident, in uniform removed and better than very fine condition.
