Partly printed document signed by him, dated in Paris, May 18, 1885, by which he gives his approval for the performance of his one act comedy "Oscar Bourdoche" (1884) at the Thtre de la Renaissance. Size is 8. 2 x 10. 5 inches, evident folds, creases, overall rust tone, otherwise in very good condition.
