Two piece construction, in silver, unmarked, ball finials on the eight tips of the four arms, measuring 32. 7 mm (w) x 32. 7 mm (h), vertical pinback, very light contact, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Royal Order of the Northern Star was instituted on June 23, 1748 by King Frederick I. It is awarded to Swedes and foreigners for civilian services, including scientific, literary
