A silver star composed of four red enamel arms with a white and green laurel wreath between each quadrant, and three silver rays behind the wreath in each quadrant stemming from the central medallion, which presents a red enamel field with a gilt sword and crossed weapons, surrounded in a white enamel surround with decorative gilt S designs and red circles at 12, 3, 6 and 9 oclock, reverse
