Constructed of bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a stylized belt around a letter R, with a central depiction of a mounted horse, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flattened catch, unmarked, measuring 42. 90 mm (w) x 52. 70 mm (h), weighing 17. 8 grams, in near extremely fine
