A Very Rare Award Document For Commemorative Medal "5. 12. 1918" To Ustaša Josip Čavlek certificate_of_authenticity and red enamelsan Official formal Award document for very rare Commemorative Medal "5. 12. 1918", named to Ustaa NCO Josip avlek, signed in ink by the Commanding Officer of the Ustaa Honorary Battalion, with embossed seal on the left bottom, stamped on the right bottom, document measures 17cm x 23cm, folded, in very fine condition (this is a very rare document, and known to be the one in the best condition).
