Stumpy Gully Estate Chardonnay 2024 legado-del-moncayo a touch of bittersThis wine undergoes 100% barrel fermentation, with partial malolactic maturation in new and 1 3 year old premium French Oak Doreau Hogsheads. The use of the P58 clone imparts a ripe melon and peach character, beautifully complementing the influence of Doreau French oak. Additionally, the I10 V1 clone contributes a true line of natural acidity, balancing the wine's rich texture and enhancing its freshness on the palate.
