Original ribbon with pinback, three clasps on the ribbon, each clasp inscribed "5 YEARS SERVICE", dark patina, edge wear, bruised, contact marks, near very fine. Footnote: Lady Superintendent Agnes C. Lines, St. John Ambulance Brigade was awarded the Service Medal of the Order of St. John, on July 10, 1908.
