Austria, Imperial. A Military Veterans Shield (Collectors Copy) GTRexclude a trip to a Japanese(Distinktionszeichen fr Veteranen). Instituted in 1780. Post 1945 Copy. A gilded bronze hexagonal shaped shield, presenting the inscription VETERANIS, surrounded by a wreath of laurel leaves, with eight small drill holes for attachment, reverse plain, measuring 61. 65 mm (w) x 71. 70 mm (h), and in near very fine condition.
