Albert Bichot Chablis Le Clos Grand Cru 2022 gran-chaco bottled at 50% natural strengthLes Clos is the largest of Chablis Grand Crus. It covers the entire slope from top to bottom and benefits from optimal sunshine due to its south westerly exposure. We are fortunate to have two plots which allow us to blend two types of wine that are different but complementary. The first plot, located at the top of the slope, where the soil is quite stony, produces wines that are bold, fresh and tight. The second plot, located halfway up the slope,
