Light woody and vanilla aromas complete a beautiful palette of fruits. (dried apricot, orange zest), lightly pastry (almond paste, tarte tatin) and grilled (honey, beeswax). Very fine and delicate. A very nice balance in the mouth, the alcohol is well melted, the frank aromas are clean (apricot jam, milk caramel) and the tannins are silky and delicate.
