He has 10 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc and 2. 5 hectares of Pinot Noir, planted mainly on the hard chalky land of the commune of Bu. Fermented in a combination of 95% large oak casks and 5% stainless steel tanks. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, green apple and lime have a herbaceous grassy overlay with some asparagus and oyster shell
